Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. announced that Kevin Thornal, Group President, Global Businesses and the Americas, will depart the company effective September 30, 2026, due to a position restructuring. Mr. Thornal is eligible for severance benefits including a lump sum of twelve months of his annual base salary plus target annual bonus, and twelve months of COBRA premiums, contingent on executing a general release.
