The Williams Companies, Inc. completed a registered offering of senior notes totaling $2.75 billion on September 10, 2026. This offering included $500 million of 5.000% Senior Notes due 2029, $1.0 billion of 5.600% Senior Notes due 2033, $750 million of 5.800% Senior Notes due 2036, and $500 million of 6.400% Senior Notes due 2056.
