Viatris Inc. entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger on October 8, 2026, to acquire Pacira BioSciences, Inc. through a tender offer. A wholly-owned Viatris subsidiary will acquire all outstanding Pacira common stock for $36.50 per share in cash. Following the successful tender offer, Pacira BioSciences will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Viatris.
