Verisk Analytics reported Q3 2026 revenue of $809 million, up 5.3% year-over-year reported and 7.4% on an organic constant currency basis, according to a press release issued November 5, 2026. Diluted GAAP EPS was $1.70, up 5.6%, while diluted adjusted EPS was $1.96, up 14.0%; adjusted EBITDA was $459 million with a margin of 56.7%, compared to 55.8% in Q3 2025.
Full-year 2026 guidance was unchanged, with total revenue projected at $3,190M–$3,240M, adjusted EBITDA of $1,790M–$1,830M, and diluted adjusted EPS of $7.45–$7.75.
