UDR, Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 total revenues of $428.1 million, down 0.9% year-over-year, and diluted earnings per share of $0.67 compared to $0.12 in the prior-year period. Funds from operations as adjusted (FFOA) per diluted share was $0.65, flat compared to the third quarter of 2025. The company raised its full-year 2026 FFOA per diluted share guidance midpoint by $0.02 to $2.55 and increased its diluted EPS midpoint to $1.59.
