Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (TTWO) entered into a new long-term XBOX Publisher License Agreement with Microsoft Corporation on September 28, 2026, effective September 17, 2026. This agreement grants Take-Two the right to develop, publish, and sell XBOX compatible products for all XBOX devices, superseding previous agreements.
Microsoft will pay Take-Two wholesale prices or agreed revenue shares for digitally delivered products and content.
