On September 29, 2026, Tesla, Inc. entered into new credit agreements totaling $30.0 billion, comprising a $20.0 billion three-year term loan with Citibank, N.A., an $8.0 billion five-year revolving facility, and a $2.0 billion 364-day revolving facility, both with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association. Concurrently, Tesla terminated its existing $5.0 billion revolving credit agreement, dated January 20, 2023, without incurring early termination penalties.
