Sysco Corporation completed an offering of 12,345,679 shares of common stock at $81.00 per share on September 16, 2026, generating approximately $967.4 million in net proceeds. Sysco expects to use these proceeds to fund a portion of the cash consideration for its pending acquisitions of JRD Unico, Inc. and Warehouse Realty, LLC.
The underwriting agreement was entered into on September 14, 2026, with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and other underwriters.
