SYK CEO Kevin Lobo to Transition to Executive Chair; Spencer Stiles Appointed CEO Effective January 1, 2027

Stryker Corporation announced on October 6, 2026, Kevin A. Lobo will resign as CEO on December 31, 2026, and become Executive Chair. Spencer S. Stiles, current President and COO, was appointed CEO and a Board member, effective January 1, 2027. Mr. Lobo's base salary of $1,550,000 and bonus target of $2,325,000 remain unchanged, while Mr.
Stiles's base salary will increase to $1,320,000 with a bonus target of $1,980,000, and a recommendation for $14,200,000 in stock awards.
