The company issued $778,096,000 aggregate principal amount of new 4.375% Senior Notes due 2029 and $646,805,000 aggregate principal amount of new 3.375% Senior Notes due 2031. These new notes are senior unsecured obligations of Skyworks Solutions, Inc.
