On September 14, 2026, State Street Corporation appointed Ann Fogarty as Enterprise Chief Operating Officer, succeeding Mostapha Tahiri. Ms. Fogarty's target incentive compensation award for the role is $5,650,000. Mr. Tahiri was appointed President of State Street Alpha and will continue as Chairman of Asia Pacific.
