Super Micro Computer, Inc. appointed Shesha Krishnapura as an independent director to its Board, effective October 9, 2026. Mr. Krishnapura previously served as Chief Technology Officer of Intel IT at Intel Corporation. Concurrently, Judy Lin retired from the Board, with her service concluding on October 9, 2026, after serving since April 2022.
