RTX Corporation announced Shane Eddy will step down as President of Pratt & Whitney, effective January 1, 2027, and retire from the company at the end of Q1 2027. Jill Albertelli, current President of Pratt & Whitney's Military Engines business, will succeed Mr. Eddy as President, effective January 1, 2027.
