Ross Stores, Inc. announced Ms. Sharon D. Garrett will retire from its Board of Directors effective October 1, 2026. Concurrently, the Board appointed Ms. Shelley H. Bransten and Mr. Christian B. Johnson as new independent directors, effective October 1, 2026, increasing the Board size to ten members. Both new directors will serve on the Audit Committee and receive standard compensation.
