Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (REGN) and Sanofi entered a Sixth Amendment to their collaboration agreement on October 1, 2026, for four new antibodies, with Sanofi providing a $1.0 billion upfront payment and up to $7.0 billion in milestones. Regeneron also reported preliminary Q3 2026 results are expected to include an acquired in-process research and development charge of approximately $22 million, impacting GAAP and non-GAAP net income per diluted share by about $0.18.
