Insulet Corporation announced Timothy J. Scannell resigned from its Board of Directors effective September 3, 2026, due to health reasons, after 12 years of service. Michael R. Minogue also resigned from the Board, effective September 15, 2026, to focus on his candidacy for Governor of Massachusetts, following 9 years of service.
Neither resignation stemmed from disagreements with the company.
