Pentair plc's Board of Directors appointed Robert W. Hau as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026. Mr. Hau will receive an annual base salary of $775,000, an annual cash bonus target of 100% of his base salary, an initial equity award of restricted stock units with a grant date fair value of $2,500,000, and a new hire cash bonus of $200,000.
