Otis Worldwide Corporation announced on September 15, 2026, that Judith F. Marks will retire as Chair, CEO, and President, and resign from the Board of Directors, effective by July 31, 2027, or earlier upon her successor's commencement. Ms. Marks will continue in her role until the transition and may serve as a senior advisor until July 31, 2027.
The Board's succession committee has initiated a search for a new CEO.
