ODFL: John D. Kasarda Retired From Board; Worthing F. Jackman Appointed Independent Director

On September 22, 2026, John D. Kasarda, Ph.D. retired from the Board of Directors of Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc., effective immediately. Concurrently, the Board elected Worthing F. Jackman, 62, as an independent director, effective immediately, and appointed him to the Governance and Nomination Committee and Talent and Compensation Committee.
Mr. Jackman will receive a pro rata $110,000 annual cash retainer and a $172,000 annual restricted stock award.
