News Corp Q1 FY2027 Revenue Rose 6.4% to $2.28B, EBITDA Up 18.5%

News Corp reported Q1 FY2027 revenues of $2,281 million, up from $2,144 million in the prior-year period, with total segment EBITDA rising to $403 million from $340 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026. Net income increased to $215 million from $150 million, partly reflecting a $37 million gain on REA Group's sale of its remaining REA India business.
Dow Jones revenues grew to $630 million from $586 million, HarperCollins revenues rose to $582 million from $534 million, and Digital Real Estate Services EBITDA jumped to $212 million from $158 million, while the News Media segment EBITDA declined to $18 million from $30 million.
