Northern Trust Corporation Chief Financial Officer David W. Fox, Jr. informed the company on September 28, 2026, of his plan to retire. His retirement is effective on or around March 31, 2027, with Mr. Fox remaining in his role until then to ensure a smooth transition. The corporation plans to conduct a search for his successor.
