Moderna, Inc. appointed Juan Andres as Chief Operating Officer, effective October 5, 2026. Mr. Andres will receive an $800,000 annual base salary, a 90% target cash bonus, and a new hire equity award valued at $5,000,000, vesting over four years. Additionally, Jerh Collins, Ph.D., Chief Technical Operations and Quality Officer, will retire from the company.
