Martin Marietta Materials reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2,369 million, an increase of 28% from $1,846 million in the prior-year period. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was $3.94 compared to $5.97 in third-quarter 2025, while adjusted diluted EPS was $5.47 compared to $6.12. The company updated full-year 2026 guidance to revenue between $7.75 billion and $7.85 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $2.45 billion to $2.50 billion.
