MKC Discloses Merger Agreement with Unilever for Reverse Morris Trust Transaction

McCormick & Company (MKC) disclosed entering a Merger Agreement with Unilever on March 31, 2026, to merge Unilever Foods (excluding certain businesses) in a Reverse Morris Trust transaction. The transaction will result in current Unilever shareholders becoming the majority owners of the combined company. Additionally, MKC reported Q3 2026 revenue of $2,024.8 million and diluted EPS of $0.36, while maintaining its fiscal 2026 guidance.
