Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. announced the hiring of Da-Wai Hu as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, effective November 2, 2026. Concurrently, Michael G. Rowles, current Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, will transition to Senior Legal Advisor on January 1, 2028, with an extended employment term until December 31, 2029, and an annual base salary of $500,000.
