IBM Elects Siris Capital Co-founder Frank Baker to Board, Increases Directors to Fourteen

International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) announced the election of Frank Baker, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Siris Capital Group, LLC, to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Baker joined the Directors and Corporate Governance Committee. Concurrently, IBM amended its By-laws, increasing the number of directors to fourteen, effective the same date.
