Host Hotels & Resorts reported Q3 2026 total revenues of $1.347 billion, up 1.2% year-over-year, with comparable hotel RevPAR increasing 8.8% to $219.50 and Adjusted FFO per diluted share rising 11.4% to $0.39. GAAP net income declined 56.4% to $71 million, attributable to lower asset sale gains compared to Q3 2025. The company raised its full-year 2026 comparable hotel RevPAR growth guidance to approximately 6.75% from a prior midpoint of 5.0%, and set full-year net income guidance at $978 million and Adjusted EBITDAre at $1.865 billion.
