On September 3, 2026, Huntington Bancshares' Board appointed Brantley J. Standridge as President, effective September 8, 2026. Mr. Standridge's base salary increased from $850,000 to $1,000,000, his annual incentive target from $1,487,500 to $1,850,000, and his long-term incentive target from $2,762,500 to $4,650,000, all effective September 15, 2026.
