Gen Digital Inc. stockholders did not approve the company's executive compensation during an advisory vote at its 2026 Annual Meeting on September 9, 2026. The advisory proposal received 209,903,985 votes for and 307,097,626 votes against. Stockholders also ratified KPMG LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the 2027 fiscal year with 513,465,792 votes for.
