Gen Digital Inc. reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 GAAP revenue of $1.369 billion, an increase of 12% year-over-year, and GAAP diluted EPS of $0.48 compared to $0.22 in the prior-year period. Non-GAAP diluted EPS reached $0.74, and total bookings increased 10% year-over-year to $1.347 billion. The company raised its full-year fiscal 2027 non-GAAP revenue guidance to between $5.465 billion and $5.515 billion, non-GAAP EPS guidance to $2.93 to $2.98, and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share.
