GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. appointed Pascal Desroches to its Board of Directors, effective January 4, 2027. Mr. Desroches will also serve on the Audit Committee and the Talent, Culture, and Compensation Committee, effective the same date. He will receive compensation per the company's non-employee director program.
