GE Aerospace to Acquire Consolidated Precision Products for $11.75 Billion Cash by Q4 2027

GE Aerospace announced an agreement to acquire Consolidated Precision Products (CPP), a manufacturer of highly engineered castings, for a cash purchase price of $11.75 billion, subject to closing adjustments. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2027, contingent on regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
The acquisition is anticipated to be accretive to adjusted EPS and free cash flow in the first year, excluding one-time costs and deal-related amortization.
