FOX, Roku Receive DOJ Second Request for Merger Review, Extending HSR Waiting Period

Fox Corporation and Roku, Inc. each received a Second Request from the U.S. Department of Justice on September 8, 2026, regarding their merger agreement from June 14, 2026. This action extends the waiting period under the HSR Act until 30 days after both companies substantially comply. Fox Corporation anticipates the merger will be consummated by the first half of calendar year 2027.
