Flex Ltd. announced Amy Schwetz will join as its expected Chief Financial Officer following the planned spin-off of its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into Axiom Solutions, Inc. Ms. Schwetz will serve as CFO for Flex's Regulated Manufacturing Services and Integrated Technology Services segments effective October 5, 2026.
Kevin Krumm is expected to become CFO of Axiom Solutions, Inc. upon the spin-off's closing.
