On September 16, 2026, Adam L. Rosman resigned as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Fiserv, Inc., effective September 30, 2026. Eric C. Nelson, currently General Counsel and Secretary, will succeed Mr. Rosman as Chief Legal Officer, effective October 1, 2026.
