Essex Property Trust reported third-quarter 2026 total revenues of $492.7 million, up 4.1% year-over-year, and diluted net income of $1.52 per share compared to $2.56 in Q3 2025. Core FFO per diluted share rose 0.8% to $4.00, supported by same-property revenue and net operating income growth of 3.0% and 3.1%, respectively.
The company raised its full-year 2026 Core FFO per share guidance midpoint by $0.02 to a range of $16.10 to $16.22.
