D.R. Horton reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 consolidated revenues of $9.4 billion, down 3% year-over-year, and net income of $741.8 million, or $2.67 per diluted share. For the full fiscal year ended September 30, 2026, the company generated $33.0 billion in revenue and diluted EPS of $10.11, while raising its quarterly dividend 11% to $0.50 per share.
For fiscal 2027, the homebuilder guided consolidated revenues to between $30.0 billion and $32.0 billion on 79,000 to 84,000 homes closed.
