DELL Subsidiaries Complete $5 Billion Senior Notes Offering with Rates up to 5.900%

On September 15, 2026, Dell Technologies Inc. subsidiaries, Dell International L.L.C. and EMC Corporation, completed a public offering of $5 billion in Senior Notes. This included $1.25 billion of 5.100% notes due 2029, $1.25 billion of 5.400% notes due 2031, $1.5 billion of 5.600% notes due 2033, and $1 billion of 5.900% notes due 2037.
The notes are senior unsecured obligations guaranteed by Dell Technologies Inc. and certain wholly-owned subsidiaries.
