CTVA: Corteva to Complete Separation into Two Companies After Legal Condition Waiver

On September 30, 2026, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit reversed an order denying California's motion to delay Corteva, Inc.'s separation. Following this, the District Court denied California's motion to enjoin the separation, prompting Corteva's board of directors to waive the Legal Restraints Condition.
The Separation is now expected to be completed prior to 9:30 a.m. New York City time on October 1, 2026.
