Corteva, Inc. (CTVA) completed the separation of its seed operating segment on October 1, 2026. The separation was effected through a pro rata distribution of Vylor Inc. common stock to Corteva shareholders of record as of September 24, 2026. Vylor Inc. (VYLR) is now an independent, publicly traded company with its common stock expected to trade on the NYSE.
