CTAS, UniFirst Certify FTC, CCB Compliance; FTC Timing Agreement Delays Merger Close to Dec. 11, 2026

Cintas Corporation and UniFirst Corporation certified substantial compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Second Request on October 2, 2026. On the same date, Cintas and UniFirst entered a timing agreement with the FTC, agreeing not to consummate the mergers before December 11, 2026. Both companies also certified completion of their response to the Canadian Competition Bureau's Supplementary Information Request on September 29, 2026.
