Consolidated operating income significantly improved to $222.0 million for Q3 2026, up from $175.7 million in the prior year quarter. Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a $1.0 billion increase to its 2012 Share Repurchase Program in September 2026, bringing the total authorization to $3.0 billion with approximately $1.5 billion remaining.
