CenterPoint Energy, Inc. and its subsidiaries entered into new revolving credit facilities totaling $4.6 billion on September 9, 2026, replacing existing facilities without termination penalties. The new facilities include a $2.2 billion facility for CenterPoint Energy, Inc., a $1.0 billion facility for CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC, a $1.1 billion facility for CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp., and a $300 million facility for Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company.
