Centene Corporation issued notice on October 8, 2026, to redeem the remaining $568,664,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.25% Notes due December 15, 2027. The redemption will occur on October 23, 2026, at 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest, after which no 2027 Notes will remain outstanding.
