On September 14, 2026, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. increased its Board of Directors to 11 members and elected Sabir Sami, age 59, as an independent director, effective immediately. Mr. Sami previously served as Chief Executive Officer of KFC Division from January 2022 to February 2025 and held various senior leadership roles at Yum!
Brands, Inc. for 16 years. He will receive compensation consistent with other non-employee directors.
