Crown Castle Inc. (CCI) disclosed that Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Cathy Piche will step down on February 22, 2027. Sunit S. Patel, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire effective March 31, 2027. Kristoffer Hinson, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, will be appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2027.
