CBOE Secures Exclusive S&P 500 Options License Extension with S&P Opco Until December 2051

Cboe Exchange, a Cboe Global Markets subsidiary, entered a Master License Agreement with S&P Opco, LLC on September 28, 2026. This agreement grants Cboe exclusive rights to use the S&P 500 index for standardized option contracts, extending existing rights until December 31, 2051. The new terms include updated per-contract license fees effective January 1, 2027.
