On September 21, 2026, Arthur C. Butcher informed Boston Scientific Corporation of his decision to retire as Executive Vice President and Group President, MedSurg and Asia Pacific, effective January 1, 2027. Mr. Butcher will remain as a senior advisor through February 26, 2027, receiving his current $780,000 annual base salary, prorated through his retirement date.
He is entitled to payments and benefits under the Company's Executive Retirement Plan, 2026 Annual Bonus Plan, and Long-Term Incentive Program.
