Baker Hughes reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $8,025 million, up 14% year-over-year, and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.70 compared to GAAP diluted EPS of $0.41. Total quarterly orders increased 31% year-over-year to $10,764 million, supported by the July 16 acquisition of Chart Industries and bringing total remaining performance obligations to $46.4 billion.
The company raised its full-year Industrial & Energy Technology order guidance and lifted its 2026–2028 IET order target to more than $50 billion.
