AstraZeneca PLC disclosed that its drugs Imfinzi and Imdelltra demonstrated a statistically significant and highly clinically meaningful improvement in overall survival and progression-free survival. The positive results were observed in the 1st-line extensive-stage small cell lung cancer setting, as reported from the DeLLphi-305 Phase III trial.
